You can request deletion of your Mahallak account at any time. Account deletion is a permanent action. Please review the information below carefully before confirming the request, especially if you operate a merchant store or need access to existing records.
Open Mahallak and go to Account. Choose Account management, select Delete account, review the warning and confirm the request. The exact labels may vary slightly between language versions or future app updates, but the deletion option remains available through account management.
If you cannot sign in or complete the in-app request, contact Mahallak support from the email address associated with the account or provide enough information for us to verify ownership. For your protection, we may ask follow-up questions before processing a deletion request.
When deletion is completed, Mahallak removes the account profile and associated buyer information. For a merchant account, this may include the store profile, catalog content, published products, images, videos and related account data connected to that store.
Some limited information may be retained for a period when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, protect the security of the platform, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records or enforce our agreements. Retained information is handled for those limited purposes and is not kept indefinitely without a reason.
Deletion cannot be undone. You may lose access to saved information, merchant content, store settings and active platform features. Deleting a Mahallak account does not cancel or reverse a separate arrangement made directly with a merchant or an external payment provider.
Mahallak may need reasonable time to verify and process a request across active systems and backups. We may contact you if clarification is required. Once the request is completed, we will provide confirmation through an available support channel when appropriate.
