These terms establish a clear and fair framework for shoppers, merchants and Mahallak when using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Mahallak, including the website, application, store listings and related services. By creating an account, browsing the platform or publishing a store, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Mahallak provides digital tools that help people discover local stores, view published products and contact merchants. Mahallak is not the seller of products listed by merchants and does not replace the merchant’s responsibility to operate a lawful business or fulfill commitments made directly to customers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for keeping login credentials confidential. You must not create an account for another person without authorization, impersonate an individual or business, or use information that is false, misleading or unlawfully obtained.
Merchants are responsible for their store profile, catalog, prices, availability, offers, images, videos, customer communications and compliance with applicable laws. A merchant must promptly correct information that is outdated, inaccurate, unavailable or likely to mislead customers.
Mahallak may provide contact tools that allow a shopper to communicate with a merchant. Product availability, pricing, delivery, returns, warranties, payment arrangements and fulfillment are agreed directly between the shopper and the merchant. Users should review these details carefully before committing to a purchase.
You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights required to publish it. By uploading content to Mahallak, you grant Mahallak a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, display and adapt it as necessary to operate, promote and improve the service. Mahallak’s name, logo, software, design and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
You may not use Mahallak to commit fraud, deceive users, distribute malware, harvest personal information, send spam, harass another person, promote illegal goods or services, infringe rights, interfere with the platform or attempt to bypass security or account controls.
To protect users and the integrity of the marketplace, Mahallak may review, limit, remove or disable content and may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these terms, create risk, misuse the service or violate applicable law. Where appropriate, we may request clarification or provide an opportunity to correct an issue.
Mahallak works to keep the platform available and useful, but features may change, be temporarily unavailable or depend on third-party services and network conditions. Links, payment services or communication channels operated by third parties are subject to their own terms and policies.
Mahallak provides the platform on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, that a merchant will complete a transaction or that the service will be uninterrupted. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and for resolving direct commercial matters with the relevant merchant.
